Destiny no more in our hands...

Hi all.We lost to Peicai in yesterday's 2nd round encounter and whether we will get through to the semis will not depend on us anymore.We lost to them 52-68 in the end but we actually only trail them by 1 pt at the end of 3 quarters.

We were actually leading 10-2 in the 1st quarter but did'nt score untill the score was 10-18 midway through the 2nd quarter.That 16pts run for them was actually what made the difference as we lost 16pts to them in the end.

We had closed a 7pt deficit at the end of the 2nd quarter to a single point by the end of the 3rd quarter, but could not sustain their efforts in the 4th quarter.Instead,Pei Cai Sec hit three 3-pointers in the 4th quarter to extend their lead. Four of their players finished with double digit scoring.

Scoring by quarters against Peicai:
1st Q: CH 10 PCS 10
2nd Q: CH 14 PCS 21
3rd Q: CH 22 PCS 16
4th Q: CH 6 PCS 21

Super sad after the lost,all of us were like putting our heads down feeling disappointed.However, our coach said we did play well but we only played for 3 quarters.Our teacher also told us not to give up,continue working hard for next monday.Yeah,next monday is a must win game no matter the outcome of Peicai vs RI game tmr,but the game will some how affect us on whether we need to win by how many points.

Tomorrow will play Bishan park.Nothing else...
